We’re excited to welcome Adam Gross to the Cypress family as an investor and our first independent Board advisor. As the former CEO of platform-as-a-service provider Heroku, Adam brings a deep knowledge of the developers tools market, along with a clear understanding of how to successfully transform a developer tool into an enterprise platform.
Prior to Heroku, Adam co-founded and led CloudConnect, which was purchased by Heroku in 2013. He has also held executive marketing and product leadership roles at Dropbox, Salesforce.com, and as a startup founder. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Adam serves as an investor and advisor to a variety of technology companies, including Pantheon, Docker, and Mattermost.
Adam had this to share: “The growing ubiquity and importance of JavaScript is clear to the developers and engineering leaders at the smallest startups and largest enterprises. Its power also brings complexity, making it challenging for teams to consistently create performant and high quality experiences. Cypress is providing a path to navigate this new space, and make it easier for organizations to be successful with JavaScript.”
Welcome to Cypress, Adam!
