It’s a big day for Cypress. We are going to take a brief break from our scheduled programming to announce that Cypress has raised $4 million, co-led by Las Olas Venture Capital and Bessemer Venture Partners.

The full press release is here.

If you are currently one of our amazing users or if you have been considering trying Cypress, this is really good news for you. Since our public beta release last fall we’ve been growing like crazy and the demand for features has never been greater. With this round of funding, we’ll be able to expand the team and deliver more of the innovations that make Cypress a world class, easy to use, pain free testing experience.

We’ve been listening to our users and working hard to deliver cross-browser support (starting with Firefox), automatic load balancing and parallelization (to speed up your builds), and the first iteration of our Dashboard analytics which help you understand how and where your tests are failing.

To make this possible, we need the best people. If you’re passionate about building tools that developers love, please join us – we’re hiring support engineers, solutions engineers, senior JavaScript developers, and backend ops specialists.
